The Simple Answer<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

BEM Funding news trading rules vary significantly by account type. The BEM One 1-step account allows news trading freely during the evaluation phase, but restricts it in the funded phase with an 8 minute window of 4 minutes before and 4 minutes after. The BEM Classic Normal and BEM Extended 2-step accounts restrict news trading in both evaluation and funded phases. BEM also offers BEM One Only, where news trading is permitted but strategies primarily designed to exploit news events remain prohibited. BEM Classic Swing has a unique rule: trades opened more than 8 hours before a news event can be held and modified freely, while trades entered within 8 hours are subject to the 4 minute before and 4 minute after window.<\/p>\n

On all BEM Funding accounts, holding an already-open position through a news window is permitted. The restriction applies only to opening new trades or modifying existing ones during the window. Crypto instruments are exempt from BEM Funding news restrictions. News events are announced via BEM’s official Discord and Telegram channels rather than a public economic calendar. Violations are soft breaches: two soft breaches result in a hard breach and account termination.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
