\u26a0\ufe0f Profits from trades opened or closed within 5 minutes before or after<\/strong> a high-impact (red-folder) event will not count<\/strong>, unless the trade was opened at least 5 hours before the event<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For example, if a news event occurs at 1:00 PM, you cannot open or close any position from 12:55 PM (5 minutes before) to 1:05 PM (5 minutes after).<\/p>\n

This creates a 10 minute window during which you should avoid trading.<\/p>\n

The Zero account<\/strong> has the strictest restrictions:<\/p>\n

Trades cannot be opened or held<\/strong> within 10 minutes before or after<\/strong> a high-impact news event or speech.<\/p>\n

All trades must be closed before the weekend (<\/strong>weekend holding is prohibited)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
