Propvator Social exists for traders to learn from one another. These Guidelines form part of our Terms and Conditions. They apply to everything published on Propvator Social, including profiles, posts, videos, images, comments and messages. A breach may lead to any of the measures in clause 14 of the Terms, which also explains how to report content and how to appeal a decision.
1.1 Content must concern trading, proprietary trading, brokers, markets, trading education, risk management or trading psychology.
1.2 Content unrelated to those subjects may be shown to fewer users or removed.
2.1 The following are prohibited and will be removed, and may be reported to the authorities:
3.1 Education, analysis, market commentary and honest accounts of your own trading are welcome. The following are prohibited:
3.2 Criticism of a firm, including a firm that works with Propvator, is permitted where it is honest. State facts accurately, identify opinions as opinions, and disclose any relationship you have with the firm. We do not remove content because a firm dislikes it.
4.1 Content for which you receive or expect any payment, commission, free product, discount or other benefit must be labelled as advertising at its outset, using the paid partnership label.
4.2 Discount codes and affiliate links may be posted only where Propvator has issued or approved them.
4.3 You must hold any permit your jurisdiction requires to publish advertising, including the UAE Advertiser Permit where you are in the UAE, and display the permit number where the law requires it.
5.1 Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation and degrading personal attacks are prohibited, as is encouraging others to engage in them.
5.2 Do not publish another person's personal data, including addresses, telephone numbers, identity documents or account details, without that person's consent.
6.1 Nudity, sexual content and sexually suggestive content are prohibited.
6.2 Graphic violence, gore and content glorifying violence are prohibited.
7.1 Do not impersonate any person, firm or Propvator, or imply any affiliation or regulatory status you do not hold.
7.2 Do not operate more than one account, use automated accounts, or buy, sell or exchange followers, likes, views or other engagement. Engagement groups, follow for follow schemes and incentives offered in return for follows or engagement are also prohibited. Followers and engagement which are not genuine may be removed from your account.
7.3 Do not post spam, repetitive content or misleading links.
7.4 Content generated or materially altered by artificial intelligence which depicts real people or events must be identified as such.
8.1 Content must respect the laws of the places where it is viewed. Content which insults any religion, disparages any state or its symbols, offends public morals or threatens national unity is prohibited, consistently with the media content standards applied in the United Arab Emirates.
8.2 We may restrict content in a particular country to comply with its law, without removing it elsewhere.
9.1 Most breaches lead first to removal of the content and a warning. Repeated breaches lead to temporary restriction of posting, then suspension, then closure of the account.
9.2 Severe breaches, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, threats of violence and fraud, lead to immediate closure of the account and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities.
9.3 Content excluded from rewards, or removed, under these Guidelines does not count towards any Creator Programme threshold.
10.1 Report content or accounts through the report function on each post, comment and profile, or by email to legal@propvator.com. Every report is reviewed, and the person reporting is told the outcome.
