Creator Programme

Version 1.0 · effective 3 November 2026

These terms are made between Propvator Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 15890413 ("we", "us"), and the creator who accepts them ("you"). They supplement our Terms and Conditions and our Community Guidelines, which continue to apply. In respect of the Creator Programme, these terms prevail over the Terms and Conditions where the two conflict.

Part ACreator Programme Terms

1. The Programme

1.1 Participation is by invitation only. We decide whom to invite at our discretion, and an invitation may be withdrawn at any time before you accept it.

1.2 Participation is personal to you. You may not transfer it, or allow any other person to publish through your creator account.

1.3 Participation confers no exclusivity on either party. We may invite any number of other creators, and you remain free to publish content elsewhere.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Throughout your participation you must: (a) be at least 18; (b) hold a Propvator account in your own name and in good standing; (c) complete the identity verification and sanctions screening we require; and (d) not be a person with whom we are prohibited by law from dealing.

2.2 You must hold every licence, permit, registration and approval which the jurisdiction in which you are located, or to which your content is directed, requires for the content you publish. This includes, where applicable, a UAE Advertiser Permit, registration with the Securities and Commodities Authority as a financial influencer, and the approval of an FCA authorised person for any financial promotion. You must display any permit number where the law requires it and provide evidence of any licence, permit, registration or approval on request.

2.3 You must disclose to us in writing, on acceptance and whenever it changes, any employment, ownership interest, sponsorship, affiliate arrangement or other commercial relationship you hold with any prop firm, broker or comparable business.

3. Your Creator Account

3.1 We may identify your account as a creator account by a badge or label. The label identifies participation in the programme only and is not an endorsement of you, of your content or of any view you express.

3.2 You are responsible for all content published through your creator account, including content prepared by any person assisting you.

4. Rewards

4.1 You are eligible for rewards from the date of your admission to the programme. Rewards are paid from the Creator Pool, which is funded from advertising revenue earned on Propvator Social and from any further amount we choose to contribute. The share of rewards you receive depends on your tier.

4.2 The tiers and their requirements, the composition and division of the Creator Pool, the metrics by which they are measured, the types and rates of reward, the payment cycle and the minimum payable balance are set out in the Programme Rules published at propvator.com/creator-programme, which form part of these terms. We may amend the Programme Rules on 14 days' notice. An amendment takes effect prospectively and does not affect rewards accrued before it takes effect.

4.3 Rewards are determined solely by the criteria in the Programme Rules and not by chance. We determine whether engagement and content qualify, and our records of metrics and rewards are conclusive save in the case of manifest error. You may ask us to review a determination within 30 days of being notified of it.

4.4 Only views, followers, likes, comments, shares and other engagement from a unique, genuine person, using a single account in good standing which has completed any verification we require, and engaging through the ordinary functions of the Platform, counts towards any threshold or reward. The following do not count: (a) engagement generated by automated means, including bots and scripts; (b) engagement which is purchased, exchanged, or obtained through engagement groups, follow for follow schemes or any incentive offered by you or on your behalf; (c) engagement from any account which you own, control or operate, which is operated on your behalf, or which belongs to a person acting in concert with you; (d) more than one view of the same content by the same account; (e) engagement generated through advertising or paid promotion, including promotion purchased from us; (f) engagement from any account which we restrict or close for inauthentic activity; and (g) any other engagement which we reasonably consider artificial, fraudulent or not genuine.

4.5 Rewards accrue only on original content, which is content you have personally created and which reflects your own analysis, experience or expertise. Commentary on the work of others qualifies where it adds substantial analysis or perspective of your own. The following are not original content: (a) content copied from another person or source; (b) content reproduced from another person with minimal change, such as altered wording, a filter, a change of speed or a text overlay; (c) content which principally compiles the content of others; (d) content taken from another platform and published by a person other than its author; (e) content created or published by automated means, or generated by artificial intelligence without a material contribution of your own; (f) content which principally concerns the Creator Programme or how to maximise rewards; and (g) content which repeatedly asks users to like, follow, comment or share.

4.6 No reward accrues on content which breaches these terms, the Terms and Conditions or the Community Guidelines, or which is removed or restricted under clause 14 of the Terms and Conditions.

4.7 Non-monetary rewards are subject to any conditions stated when they are offered and carry no cash alternative unless we state otherwise.

4.8 We do not guarantee that you will earn any reward, or any level of reward. Rewards are not wages, salary or a share of our profits.

5. Ownership and Licence

5.1 You retain ownership of the content you publish. We acquire no ownership of it.

5.2 In addition to the licence in clause 13.4 of the Terms and Conditions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, for the duration of your participation and 12 months after it ends, to feature your content on the Platform and to reproduce it, or extracts of it, on our own channels and in promotion of the Platform, with attribution to you and without alteration other than as necessary for format, length or technical display.

5.3 The licence in clause 5.2 does not extend to content which contains a financial promotion or advertising for any third party, and we will not republish such content.

5.4 You grant us a licence for the same period to use your creator name, handle and image to identify you as a Propvator creator and to promote the Platform. We will not suggest that you endorse any firm, product or service.

5.5 You consent to the adaptations of your content permitted by clause 5.2 and, to the extent the law permits, waive any moral right to object to them.

6. Content Standards

6.1 You must comply with the Terms and Conditions, the Community Guidelines and the law of every jurisdiction to which your content is directed.

6.2 Content for which you receive or expect any payment, commission, free product, discount or other benefit from any person other than us must be identified as advertising at its outset and carry the paid partnership label.

6.3 You must not publish any invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity, including the promotion of a broker, contracts for difference, forex or spread betting, or cryptoassets, unless it is communicated or approved by a person authorised to do so in each jurisdiction to which it is directed and carries every risk warning that jurisdiction requires. Content promoting a broker does not count towards any threshold or reward unless the Programme Rules expressly provide otherwise.

6.4 You must not give personal recommendations, offer trading signals for payment, offer to manage any person's account or to pass an evaluation on any person's behalf, or solicit funds from any user.

6.5 You must identify any simulated, demo or evaluation account as such, and must not present its results as live trading results. You must be able to substantiate on request every result and claim you publish. Every payout certificate or statement you publish must be genuine and your own.

6.6 Commentary on a firm must be honest. You must state facts accurately, identify opinions as opinions, and disclose any relationship you hold with the firm. You must not publish content at the direction of any firm without disclosing that direction.

6.7 You may include discount codes and affiliate links only where we have issued or approved them. You must not use Propvator Social to promote any platform which compares prop firms or brokers or distributes discount codes for them.

6.8 You must notify us promptly if any regulator, authority or court contacts you concerning content you have published on the Platform.

6.9 You must not, directly or through any other person: (a) create, buy or operate any account other than your own account; (b) buy, sell or exchange followers, views or any other engagement; (c) use bots, scripts or any other automated means to generate engagement; (d) participate in engagement groups or follow for follow schemes; (e) offer any user an incentive to follow you or engage with your content; or (f) otherwise manipulate any metric, the Creator Programme or the systems by which content is selected for users.

7. Independent Status and Tax

7.1 You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership, joint venture or agency, and you have no authority to bind us.

7.2 You are responsible for all taxes, social security contributions and registrations arising from your rewards, including VAT where applicable. You must provide the tax information we reasonably request. We may deduct or withhold any amount the law requires us to deduct or withhold.

8. Payment

8.1 We pay rewards only after you have completed the verification in clause 2.1(c), and only to an account in your own name.

8.2 Rewards are calculated in United States dollars and paid by the methods set out in the Programme Rules. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you supply, and all transaction, network and conversion charges are borne by you.

8.3 We may suspend payment while we investigate a suspected breach of these terms, artificial engagement or fraud.

8.4 Where a reward was paid on engagement or content which did not qualify under clauses 4.4 to 4.6, or on content which is removed for breach within 90 days of payment, we may deduct the amount from future rewards or recover it from you as a debt.

8.5 Where you breach clause 6.9, we may in addition forfeit all unpaid rewards, recover any reward paid in the preceding six months which we reasonably attribute to the breach, and end your participation under clause 13.3.

8.6 Accrued rewards do not bear interest.

9. Conduct

9.1 We may suspend your participation, or end it under clause 13.3, where you are charged with or convicted of an offence of dishonesty or a financial services offence, become subject to a regulatory sanction, or conduct yourself, on or off the Platform, in a manner which brings or is likely to bring us into serious disrepute.

10. Confidentiality

10.1 You must keep confidential any information we disclose to you about the programme which is not public, including the terms of any individual arrangement, and use it only for the purpose of your participation.

11. Personal Data

11.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.2 You must not collect, export or use the personal data of other users, including your followers, otherwise than through the functions of the Platform.

12. Warranties, Indemnity and Liability

12.1 You warrant that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete, that you hold the licences, permits, registrations and approvals required by clause 2.2, and that your participation does not breach any obligation you owe to another person.

12.2 You indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, fines and costs, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your content, your breach of these terms, your regulatory status or your tax affairs.

12.3 Clause 15.1 of the Terms and Conditions applies to these terms. Subject to it, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability to you arising from the programme is limited to the rewards paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Duration and Termination

13.1 These terms continue until terminated.

13.2 Either party may end your participation on 14 days' written notice, without giving a reason.

13.3 We may end your participation immediately by notice where you materially breach these terms, the Terms and Conditions or the Community Guidelines, or in the circumstances described in clause 9.1.

13.4 On termination, the programme features of your account cease, and you remain a user under the Terms and Conditions unless your account is also closed. Rewards which have accrued and qualify under clause 4 will be paid in the ordinary course, subject to clause 8. Where we end your participation under clause 13.2, we will pay qualifying accrued rewards whether or not they reach the minimum payable balance.

13.5 Clauses 5.2 to 5.5, 7, 8.4, 8.5, 10, 12 and 14 survive termination.

14. General

14.1 We may amend these terms on 14 days' notice. If you do not accept an amendment, you may end your participation before it takes effect.

14.2 These terms, the Programme Rules and the documents they incorporate constitute the entire agreement between us concerning the Creator Programme.

14.3 These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, are governed by the law of England and Wales.

14.4 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be finally resolved by arbitration in London under the LCIA Rules, before one arbitrator, in English. Where you participate as a consumer, this clause does not apply and clause 16.3 of the Terms and Conditions applies instead.

14.5 Notices to us shall be sent to support@propvator.com, and notices to you to the email address registered to your account.

Part BCreator Programme Rules

These Programme Rules form part of the Creator Programme Terms. Followers, views and posts count under these Rules only where they qualify under clauses 4.4 and 4.5 of the Creator Programme Terms.

1. Tiers

1.1 Every creator enters the programme at Tier I on admission and is eligible for rewards from that date.

1.2 A creator is promoted to the next tier on the day the creator's account first meets every requirement of that tier. The new reward share applies to rewards accruing from that day.

1.3 The tiers and their requirements are as follows:

TierFollowersQualifying views, preceding 90 daysPosts, preceding 30 daysOf which videosReward shareReview period
I Bronze2505,00015420%30 day
II Silver1,00025,00018630%30 days
III Gold5,000150,00021838%60 days
IV Platinum10,000750,000251144%60 days
V Obsidian20,0001,000,000301550%90 days

1.4 A creator who, for three consecutive calendar months, does not meet the posting requirements of the creator's tier moves down one tier.

2. Creator Pool

2.1 Rewards for each calendar month are paid from the Creator Pool for that month.

2.2 The Creator Pool comprises the creators' share of advertising revenue under rule 3.1, together with any further amount we choose to contribute under rule 3.2. Until Propvator Social carries paid advertising, the Creator Pool consists solely of the amount we choose to contribute.

2.3 Advertising revenue means the amounts we receive for advertising placements on Propvator Social, net of VAT, refunds and payment charges.

3. Division of the Creator Pool

3.1 Each creator earns, in respect of a calendar month, the reward share of the creator's tier applied to the advertising revenue attributable to the creator's content. Advertising revenue is attributable to a creator's content in the proportion that the creator's qualifying views in the month bear to all qualifying views of creator content on Propvator Social in that month.

3.2 Any amount we contribute beyond advertising revenue is divided among creators in proportion to each creator's qualifying views in the month, multiplied by the reward share of the creator's tier.

3.3 For example, if we contribute USD 100 and two creators each have 500 qualifying views, one at Tier I (20%) and one at Tier II (30%), their weighted totals are 100 and 150. The Tier I creator receives USD 40 and the Tier II creator USD 60.

4. Review and Payment

4.1 Rewards for each calendar month are calculated on the 1st of the following month.

4.2 Each reward is then held for the review period of the creator's tier, during which it may be reduced or cancelled under clauses 4.4 to 4.6 and 8.3 of the Creator Programme Terms. A reward which remains at the end of its review period is paid in the next payment run.

4.3 Rewards are paid once a creator's accrued balance reaches USD 25. A smaller balance is carried forward.

4.4 Rewards are paid by PayPal or cryptocurrency, to an account in the creator's own name.

5. Verification

5.1 Before the first payment, a creator must provide a valid passport or national identity card, a photograph of the creator holding that document or a live video call, evidence that the payment account is in the creator's name, and the creator's country of tax residence.

5.2 We screen every creator against the sanctions lists maintained by the United Kingdom before the first payment, and periodically afterwards.

6. Changes

6.1 We may amend these Rules on 14 days' notice under clause 4.2 of the Creator Programme Terms. An amendment does not affect rewards accrued before it takes effect.
