Accounts during the pause

No accounts were affected by inactivity or drawdown rules while the platform was offline. Traders returning to the platform resume from where they left off.

What the firm says has changed

Alongside the fixes, the firm reported improvements to the platform experience, with further work ongoing. It also said its tech team capacity has been increased to reduce the chance of similar disruption in future.

What comes next

Payout processing has returned to the standard 72 hour window, and traders are receiving payouts again. The firm said it will announce a mobile application and trading tournaments in the near future.

The firm has described the maintenance work as complete and further improvements as ongoing. The next markers are the mobile application and the trading tournaments, both flagged as coming but neither yet dated. For traders, the practical measure over the coming weeks is whether payout processing holds to the 72 hour window now that normal volume has returned.
