The rules that decide whether a Forex Funds Flow account passes, stays funded or breaches. News trading is restricted around releases during evaluation and prohibited outright once the account is funded.

No trades may be placed within 5 minutes before or 5 minutes after red folder news on USD, EUR, GBP, JPY and CAD, and market orders, pending orders, limits and preset stops and targets all count. To hold through a release the position must have been opened at least 5 hours earlier. In the challenge phases a third violation breaches the account and deducts profit, while on a funded account any news trade is an immediate breach.
Overnight holding is allowed with no restriction. Weekend holding requires the Hold Over Weekend add-on, and without it every trade must be closed by 4:59 PM EST on Friday.
Forex Funds Flow publishes three different positions on expert advisors. The FAQ says they are not allowed because the broker has disabled them, the terms say they are allowed only if approved by the team, and Schedule A of the same terms lists EA Allowed as No. Copy trading is permitted between a maximum of two accounts at the firm, and never from personal broker accounts, other prop firms or signal groups.
Hedging is prohibited in every form, inside one account, between your own accounts and across accounts at other prop firms. Martingale, grid, high frequency trading, latency and price arbitrage, tick scalping, lot stacking and group trading are all prohibited as well.
In the challenge phases it is restricted rather than banned. Nothing may be placed within 5 minutes either side of red folder news on USD, EUR, GBP, JPY and CAD, and holding through a release requires the position to have been opened at least 5 hours earlier. On a funded account news trading is prohibited outright and a violation breaches the account immediately.
Only with the Hold Over Weekend add-on, which costs 5% of the base fee and is available on all four programs. Without it every trade must be closed by 4:59 PM EST on Friday. Overnight holding during the week is allowed either way.
The firm's own pages give three different answers. The FAQ says expert advisors have been disabled by the broker and are not allowed. The terms say they are allowed only if approved by the team. Schedule A of those same terms lists EA Allowed as No for 1 Step, 2 Step and Instant (FFF Trader Static), and gives no entry for Instant (FFF Boost). Worth confirming with support before relying on one.
No. Hedging is prohibited within the same account, between your own accounts and across accounts held at other prop firms. Opening simultaneous buy and sell positions to work around a rule is treated as a hedge loop and is also prohibited.
Forex Funds Flow states there is none on 1 Step, 2 Step or Instant (FFF Boost). Nothing is stated for Instant (FFF Trader Static), and no consistency formula is published anywhere on the firm's pages.
Some rules run on warnings and some do not. Minimum trade duration, the 80% margin cap and news violations in a challenge phase each allow two warnings before the third breaches the account. The maximum positions rule breaches on the second violation. A news violation on a funded account, a drawdown breach or a VPN violation ends the account at once. The terms allow the firm to terminate, forfeit paid fees and reject rewards without prior notice.
