FunderPro Trading Rules

The rules that decide whether a FunderPro account passes, stays funded or breaches. News and weekend trading are governed by whether the Swing add-on was bought.

Which rules actually end accounts

News trading is allowed in all challenge types. On a funded account it is allowed only if the Swing add-on was purchased. On the Instant (Instant Program), news trading means opening within 2 minutes either side of a major release, and it is off by default.

Without the Swing add-on every trade, including crypto, must be closed by 16:30 EST on Friday. Leaving any position open over the weekend without it fails the challenge.

You must own any expert advisor you use. Renting, sharing, or using one to exploit platform gaps or manipulate latency is prohibited. Copy trading is allowed only between accounts you personally own.

Hedging is allowed within one account and prohibited across accounts, including holding opposite positions on separate accounts at the same time.
