The countries Funding Pips does not accept traders from, taken from the firm's own published list. Funding Pips restricts by country of residence rather than by nationality. Select a country to see which prop firms do accept traders there.

By residency. The firm states it does not accept traders resident in Iran, Vietnam or the United Arab Emirates. Nationality based restriction is not published, with one exception: cTrader itself is unavailable to US residents and citizens.
Misrepresenting your country of residence or using a VPN to do so breaches the terms, and is normally caught at identity verification or at the first payout.

As far as Funding Pips publishes, yes. Only countries the firm names itself appear here. The firm also refers to sanctions lists in general terms, which are deliberately not used to add countries it has not named.
