Rules
Swaps do not apply. These are exchange traded CME Group futures and every position must be closed by 15:50 CT, so no overnight financing is charged.
Swap Free: no swap free product is sold and no swap policy is published.
Fees you do pay: the live commission schedule is applied to the evaluation account from day one, micro contracts run $0.82 to $1.08 per contract per side, and funded traders also pay FCM commissions, NFA fees and exchange fees straight out of the account balance.
Earn2Trade publishes no rule that either permits or bans automated trading.
What is banned: software, artificial intelligence and ultra fast data entry techniques that could manipulate the trading environment or provide an unfair advantage, along with strategies designed to take advantage of platform errors.
Anything outside that wording is not addressed on the firm's own pages.
News trading is fully permitted. Earn2Trade states there are no restrictions on trading around economic announcements.
This holds at every stage: the firm's cards for evaluation, LiveSim and Live accounts all show news trading as allowed with no rules attached. There is no restricted window and no profit cap tied to a release.
Overnight and weekend holding is not permitted. All positions and working orders must be closed by 15:50 CT and cannot be reopened until 17:00 CT, on evaluation and funded accounts alike.
Earlier closes: livestock contracts GF, HE and LE must be closed by 13:05 CT. Grain contracts XC, XK, ZC, ZL, ZM, ZS and ZW must be closed between 07:45 and 08:30 CT and again from 13:20 CT.
Holiday closures follow the CME Group calendar. No separate weekend rule is published, because the daily close out already makes weekend holding impossible.
Hedging between funded accounts is strictly forbidden and results in termination of account access.
Note: trading between connected accounts, trading across multiple accounts held by different parties, and trades that hedge or pool risk among unrelated accounts are all listed as prohibited conduct.
Note: the firm does not publish a rule on hedging inside a single account.
No single trading day may account for 30% or more of total profit and loss. The rule applies to both evaluations and does not apply to LiveSim or Live accounts.
It is not a fail. It means more profitable days are needed until the best day falls below the threshold. The formula the firm gives is best day divided by 0.3, so a $1,200 best day requires $4,000 of total profit.
Minimum days: the firm's marketing cards state there are no minimum trading days, while the help centre states the 30% rule means at least four profitable days are needed in practice.
Trade copiers are strictly forbidden on both evaluation and funded accounts.
Using one to pass an evaluation may cost the trader their accounts and withdrawals with no refund. The prop firms also provide no leader and follower system between accounts, so copying between your own accounts is not supported either.
Ultra fast data entry techniques, strategies built on platform errors, spoofing and executing an unrealistic number of contracts in a single day are all prohibited.
Penalties: prohibited conduct can bring a warning, deletion of that day's trading data, an account reset, or permanent closure of the account.
Position size is capped by contract count through the Progression Ladder, not by leverage. No leverage figure is published. The cap is 3 contracts on TCP25, 6 on TCP50 and GAU50, 12 on TCP100 and GAU100, 15 on GAU150 and 16 on GAU200. Up to ten micro contracts count as one standard contract.
The ladder is self regulated in real time and exceeding it ends the evaluation attempt immediately. The per balance and per profit tiers behind it are not published.
Hard fails: touching the daily loss limit or the minimum account balance ends the attempt on the spot, even on a position that is still open.
Earn2Trade sells two single phase programs, each billed as a monthly subscription until it is passed:
1 Step (Trader Career Path) runs at $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000. 1 Step (Gauntlet Mini) runs at $50,000, $100,000, $150,000 and $200,000:
Profit target $1,750 on $25,000, $3,000 on $50,000 and $6,000 on $100,000. Daily loss limit $550, $1,100 and $2,200. Minimum account balance $1,500 below the start on $25,000, $2,000 on $50,000 and $3,500 on $100,000. Contract cap 3, 6 and 12. This is the only program with a growth plan.

Profit target $3,000 on $50,000, $6,000 on $100,000, $9,000 on $150,000 and $11,000 on $200,000. Daily loss limit $1,100, $2,200, $3,300 and $4,400. Minimum account balance $2,000, $3,500, $4,500 and $6,000 below the start. Contract cap 6, 12, 15 and 16. There is no growth plan: the account funds at the size passed.

Both programs are single phase and have no time limit. The subscription rebills every 30 days until the evaluation is passed. The profit split is set by the size of the single withdrawal request: 50% below the plan threshold and 80% at or above it, which is $1,500 on $25,000 up to $3,000 on $100,000 on the Trader Career Path and $2,250 on $50,000 up to $5,000 on $200,000 on the Gauntlet Mini.
Up to 5 evaluations can run at once under one email. Funded accounts are capped at 3 in total, either 3 LiveSim accounts or 2 LiveSim and 1 Live, and only one may be Live.
Earn2Trade sets the maximum loss as a dollar amount per account size, not as a percentage. It is $1,500 on $25,000, $2,000 on $50,000, $3,500 on $100,000, $4,500 on $150,000 and $6,000 on $200,000.
On evaluation accounts it is an end of day drawdown. The minimum account balance is recalculated after the market close from that day's closing balance, rises one dollar for every dollar of profit, and stops rising once it reaches the starting balance.
Open losses still count in real time, so a floating position that takes the account below the minimum balance ends the attempt.
The daily loss limit is $550 on $25,000, $1,100 on $50,000, $2,200 on $100,000, $3,300 on $150,000 and $4,400 on $200,000.
It is measured on open and closed profit and loss including commissions, from the balance the day started with. The trading day runs 5:00 pm to 5:00 pm Central Time.
Touching it is a hard fail rather than a lockout, even on an unclosed position.
LiveSim accounts keep the end of day drawdown used during the evaluation. Live accounts switch to a trailing drawdown measured on open and closed equity.
The Trader Career Path $200,000 and $400,000 steps use a fixed drawdown instead, set at $194,000 and $388,000.
Risk is also capped by contract count rather than by leverage, which Earn2Trade does not publish. The Progression Ladder allows 3 contracts on TCP25, 6 on TCP50 and GAU50, 12 on TCP100 and GAU100, 15 on GAU150 and 16 on GAU200, with up to ten micro contracts counting as one standard contract.
Reaching the daily loss limit or the minimum account balance fails the evaluation immediately and suspends further trading, even if the position is still open. Exceeding the Progression Ladder contract limit is also a hard fail.
Earn2Trade is a futures firm, so every platform below trades CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX contracts, including the micros. NinjaTrader, Finamark, R Trader and R Trader Pro, Tradovate and TradingView are included at no cost during the evaluation. The firm states it provides no technical support for any platform.
Free during the evaluation. NinjaTrader is also one of the three data feeds that can be selected at checkout.
R Trader and R Trader Pro are free during the evaluation. Rithmic is the feed Earn2Trade uses for the evaluation stage.
Free during the evaluation.
Free during the evaluation, and one of the three data feeds available at checkout.
Free during the evaluation.
Supported, but on the trader's own licence. Several other third party platforms are in the same position.
Listed as unsupported, because it no longer officially supports Rithmic.
The feed is chosen at checkout between Rithmic, NinjaTrader and Tradovate. Non professional data on a funded account is covered by the one time $139 LiveSim activation fee across the four CME exchanges. Professional users pay $140 per month per exchange on Rithmic or $156 per month per exchange on NinjaTrader. CME charges are per calendar month and are not prorated.
Only the Trader Career Path scales. The Gauntlet Mini funds at the size passed and has no growth plan beyond it.
From TCP25 the ladder runs $25,000 to $50,000 to $100,000 to $200,000. TCP50 can reach $400,000. TCP100 runs $150,000, then $200,000, then $400,000.
Only TCP50 and TCP100 are eligible for the $400,000 account. A trader who starts on TCP25 tops out at $200,000.
The drawdown type changes at the top of the ladder. The $200,000 and $400,000 steps use a fixed drawdown, set at $194,000 and $388,000, rather than the end of day drawdown used on LiveSim accounts or the trailing drawdown used on Live accounts.
Position size stays governed by the Progression Ladder contract cap, not by leverage. Earn2Trade publishes no leverage figure, and the per balance and per profit tiers behind the ladder are not published either.
Up to 5 evaluations can run at once. Funded accounts are capped at 3 in total, either 3 LiveSim accounts or 2 LiveSim and 1 Live, and only one may be Live. Hedging between those accounts is forbidden.
1 Step (Trader Career Path) starts smaller at $25,000, includes a free reset after every monthly rebill, and carries a growth plan to larger funded accounts. 1 Step (Gauntlet Mini) starts at $50,000, reaches $200,000 in one step and has no growth plan beyond the funded size. The rules, drawdown and consistency requirement are otherwise the same.
No. Both programs are monthly subscriptions that rebill every 30 days until the evaluation is passed. A reminder is sent three days before each bill, and after three failed collection attempts the account is cancelled.
Evaluation accounts use an end of day drawdown. The minimum account balance is recalculated after the market close from that day's closing balance, rises with profit and locks once it reaches the starting balance. Funded LiveSim accounts also use end of day, Live accounts use a trailing drawdown on open and closed equity, and the Trader Career Path $200,000 and $400,000 steps use a fixed drawdown at $194,000 and $388,000.
By contract count, through the Progression Ladder. No leverage figure is published. The cap is 3 contracts on TCP25, 6 on TCP50 and GAU50, 12 on TCP100 and GAU100, 15 on GAU150 and 16 on GAU200, with up to ten micro contracts counting as one standard contract. Exceeding it fails the evaluation immediately.
No single trading day may account for 30% or more of total profit and loss. It applies to both evaluations and not to LiveSim or Live accounts. It is not a fail: it means more profitable days are needed until the best day falls below the threshold. The firm gives the formula as best day divided by 0.3, so a $1,200 best day requires $4,000 of total profit.
Payouts run weekly on Wednesdays, with requests due by 2:00 PM CT the previous Friday. There is no minimum number of days and no profit buffer, only a $100 net minimum withdrawal, and LiveSim withdrawals are capped at $5,000. The split is set by the size of the single request: 50% below the plan threshold and 80% at or above it. The one time $139 LiveSim activation fee is deducted from the first profitable withdrawal.
No. Earn2Trade states there are no restrictions on trading around economic announcements, and its own cards for evaluation, LiveSim and Live accounts all show news trading as permitted. Overnight holding is the harder constraint: every position must be closed by 15:50 CT.
Alpha Capital offers a 15% discount on accounts. This discount is active, represents the highest available rate, and never expires.
Not yet. Earn2Trade has not published a demo login we are able to share, so there is no way to inspect its live pricing without buying an account. The Earn2Trade demo account page will carry the server, login and password as soon as one exists.
Every review on Propvator is written by someone who showed us a receipt first, so what you read on the Earn2Trade reviews page comes from traders who actually bought an account rather than from anyone who happened to have an opinion.
Each rule has its own guide rather than one long page, so you can read only the one that affects your strategy. The Earn2Trade directory indexes all of them, from news trading and weekend holding to expert advisors, copy trading, drawdown and payouts.
