The countries Rebels Funding does not accept traders from, taken from the firm's own published list. The terms restrict by both citizenship and residency, and also by registered office for companies. Select a country to see which prop firms do accept traders there.

Both. The terms state the firm may not serve a customer who is a citizen or a resident of a restricted jurisdiction, or who has a registered office in one. Other pages use the looser phrase anyone from, and the competition rules refer only to permanent residence.
Yes. You must be 18 or older. Funded accounts also require a signed contract and identity verification through Docusign and Veriff, using a valid national ID, current passport or driving licence. Expired documents are not accepted.

As far as Rebels Funding publishes, yes. Two exceptions are worth noting: residents of the United States and the United Arab Emirates may be accepted only for simulated evaluation services, and the firm states it does not guarantee acceptance in either case.
