The countries Alpha Capital does not accept traders from, taken from the firm's own published list. Alpha Capital restricts by nationality and by residency, so citizenship matters as well as where you live. Select a country to see which prop firms do accept traders there.

Both. The firm states it does not provide services to persons who are nationals of, or residents in, the listed countries, so citizenship alone is enough to be excluded.
A single individual may not operate multiple accounts through the same IP address. VPNs and VPS connections are permitted only with a static IP that has been declared to the firm in advance.

As far as Alpha Capital publishes, yes. Only countries the firm names itself appear here. The terms also carry general wording about local law, which is deliberately not used to add countries the firm has not named.
