Targets are 10% on 1 Step (Express) and 7% then 7% on 2 Step (Classic). Instant (Instant Funding) carries no profit target at all, and the firm states that no profit targets are required to maintain account eligibility.
Maximum loss is 6% on Instant (Instant Funding) and on 1 Step (Express), and on both it trails. The high water mark trails on balance while the breach test is on equity, and the limit stops trailing and becomes fixed once it reaches the starting balance. 2 Step (Classic) instead uses a static 8% for the life of the account.
Daily loss is 6% on Instant (Instant Funding) and 4% on both evaluation programs. The help centre measures it against the higher of the prior day balance or equity, resetting at 16:59 EST, while the product pages label the same limit balance based, so the firm publishes two descriptions of the measurement.
There is no time limit and no minimum trading days on any program. Accounts expire after 30 days without a position both opened and closed, on evaluation and funded stages alike.
1 Step (Express) passes in a single stage at a 10% target with 4% daily and 6% trailing maximum loss. 2 Step (Classic) splits 7% and 7% across two stages with a static 8% maximum loss and a consistency rule. Instant (Instant Funding) funds on purchase with no target, a 6% trailing limit and no weekend holding.
No. The firm states evaluations are unlimited in time and that no minimum trading days are required. The only clock is the inactivity rule, which expires an account after 30 days with no position opened and closed.
Scaling is requested once the account reaches the profit figure on the program's scaling table, roughly 10% per level, and each level doubles the balance from $12,500 to $2,500,000. Every request is subject to the firm's risk review policy. The checkout add-on is named Scaling Plan to $5M+, which is above the $2,500,000 ceiling published in the help centre.
It applies to 2 Step (Classic). In the challenge stages no single day's net profit may exceed 35% of the total step profit, and on the funded stage no single day may exceed 50% of the profit in the current payout period. It counts closed positions only. A breach does not close the account: the step cannot be passed or the payout requested until the profit requirement is met.
The help centre caps challenge accounts at $200,000 of combined allocation, and allows 2 funded accounts on 1 Step (Express), 1 on 2 Step (Classic) and no hard limit on Instant (Instant Funding). The terms state you must not create more than one account without prior written consent, so the two sources do not agree.
