By residency, according to the terms, which refer to residents of the listed countries. The help centre wording is looser, referring to traders from and traders operating in those countries. Neither page mentions nationality or citizenship, so nationality treatment is not published.
The firm does not publish an age threshold on its own pages. It does require that the person who buys the account is the person who trades it, and prohibits using another person's payment method, sharing credentials or buying through third party sites.
Select your country from the list on this tab to open its page, which lists the prop firms that currently accept traders from that country.
Check both of the firm's lists first. The terms list adds Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo Republic, Chad, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela, while the help centre list adds Pakistan and limits Ukraine to five named regions rather than Crimea alone. A country absent from both lists is not named as restricted by Funded Trading Plus.
