The firm publishes no coupon or discount schedule on its own site. The pricing table shows a single price per plan, from $28.50 for the $5,000 Cleo Flex up to $1,196.05 for the $50,000 Instant Pro.
The firm publishes two opposite answers. Its refund policy states that all purchases are final, that it does not offer refunds once a challenge has started and that there are no refunds for services including evaluation fees, and the terms of use repeat that all purchases are final and non refundable. The Bybit product page instead advertises challenge fees refundable up to 125% on payout, and the how-it-works page lists the refund policy as no to 125%. Klein does not reconcile the two.
The firm confirms add-ons exist and explains how to activate one from the dashboard inventory after purchase, because they are not applied automatically. It names no add-on and publishes no add-on price. There is no published higher leverage option and no swap free option.
Payouts are requested on demand, subject to the stability score. The withdrawal FAQ says they take 4 to 24 hours to process and are usually handled within 4 hours, while the how-it-works page says 4 to 12 hours. Cleo withdrawals are described as open every day and every hour, and the Bybit page advertises same day USDT and USDC payouts.
Direct bank transfer in EUR or USD, Wise transfer, or direct transfer to a crypto wallet in USDT on ERC20, USDT on TRC20, Bitcoin or Ethereum. The Bybit page adds same day USDT and USDC. No withdrawal fee and no minimum withdrawal amount in dollars is published.
