Alpha Futures Trading Conditions

Contract limits, data fees, platforms and costs on Alpha Futures accounts. The firm trades CME Group futures, so risk is expressed as a contract limit rather than leverage, and no leverage figure is published for simulated accounts.

Add-ons

Alpha Futures sells two paid add-ons, both data upgrades, plus resets. Platform choice is fixed at purchase and cannot be changed afterwards.

What these conditions mean in practice

Alpha Futures does not publish leverage by asset class on simulated accounts. Position size is capped in contracts instead, from 1 mini or 10 micros on a $25,000 Zero account up to 15 minis or 150 micros on a $150,000 Standard or Advanced account. MBT and MET crypto futures are treated as full mini contracts because of their volatility.

Trading covers CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX products, including equity indices, currencies, energies, agriculturals, metals, rates and crypto futures. Trading is prohibited when a product is within 2% of a CME price limit, which on equity index products means stopping at a 5% net change.

AlphaTrader is described as commission free apart from regulatory fees. The full per instrument commission schedule is published only inside a Permitted Products and Fees PDF linked from the help centre rather than as web content.

Swaps and overnight financing do not apply. Simulated positions must be closed by 16:20 ET each day, so nothing is held overnight, and the firm publishes no swap rate card and no swap free option. Level 1 data is included in the subscription, while Level 2 depth of market costs $41 per month per user and EUREX depth of market costs $26 per month.
