Reviews written before a trader has taken a payout say very little about a firm. The reviews worth weighting are the ones from traders who reached the payout stage, whether or not that payout arrived.
A cluster of negative reviews with the same date is usually a single event, such as a rule change or an outage, rather than an ongoing pattern. A steady trickle of the same complaint over months is the more serious signal.
Complaints about losing an account to a drawdown breach are about the rules rather than the firm. Complaints about a payout that was approved and then withheld are about the firm.
The firm's registered entity, country and launch date are listed on the Overview tab, and its payout record is the practical test. Reviews on this tab are from traders who have held Alpha Futures accounts.
Payout experience is the single most useful thing in a review, so reviews mentioning a completed or refused payout are the ones to read first on this tab.

Ratings are dominated by traders reviewing shortly after purchase, when the experience is just checkout and platform access. Complaints concentrate at the payout stage, which far fewer traders reach.
No. A rating says nothing about whether a firm's rules suit the strategy being traded. The Rules and Conditions tabs decide whether the account is workable, and reviews indicate whether the firm honours it.
