The firm publishes one discount on its own pages: an affiliate customer link defaults to 10% off. Alpha Futures does not publish a general coupon schedule on its own site.
The firm publishes conflicting positions. The return policy states all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, while the terms and conditions grant 14 day cooling off rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, waived the moment you place your first virtual trade. A full refund is also stated for a passed or active evaluation if you fail KYC screening.
The marketing site states there is no activation fee on Advanced accounts. The help centre still describes a one time $149 fee per Advanced qualified account, then states that accounts purchased after the 8 July 2026 announcement no longer require one. Where a fee applies, the contract must be signed within 30 days of passing.
Evaluation resets are $69, $109 or $219 on Zero, $109, $199 or $289 on Standard and $189, $319 or $449 on Advanced. Qualified resets are $399, $499 or $799 on Zero and $599, $799 or $999 on Standard, limited to two per account and only before any payout request. A failed evaluation is also reset at no extra cost when the subscription rebills.
Yes. Evaluations can be bought through CoinPayments using ETH, USDT or USDC on ERC-20, USDT on TRC-20, and SOL or USDC on Solana. Automatic billing is not possible with crypto, so the monthly subscription has to be rebilled manually. Third party payments are not accepted and the card name is checked against KYC.
