Rules
Fintokei applies a graduated system. Poor practice usually triggers a warning, then consistency restrictions, before it ends the account. Breaching a drawdown limit is the exception and fails the account immediately.
Swap fees apply on positions held overnight. Triple swap is charged on Wednesdays for forex pairs and precious metals, and on Fridays for other instruments.
Fintokei publishes no swap free or Islamic account option, either as standard or as a paid add-on. The rule tables are inconsistent on this: they list 1 Step (SwiftTrader) as swap free, and 2 Step (ProTrader Swing) as swap free from 15 July 2026, while the pricing and conditions pages publish no swap free option at all. Check the account before relying on it.
Automated trading is allowed only where you own the strategy. Advisors you built yourself, and AI generated strategies you created, adjusted and tested yourself, are permitted.
Commercial or free advisors written by someone else, public bots and black box systems are prohibited on every program.
News trading is allowed. You may open or close trades before, during and after periods of high volatility caused by news. 2 Step (ProTrader Swing) is marketed specifically for it.
News trading can be restricted on an individual account if consistency rules are applied to it. For the full rule, see this page.
Positions can be held over the weekend on all programs, with swaps applying. There is no weekend trading, and crypto cannot be traded at weekends either, although crypto positions can be held.
Fintokei warns that a weekend gap can breach an account when markets reopen. Full detail on this page.
Hedging within a single account is allowed, so long and short positions can be open at the same time on the same instrument.
Hedging across accounts is prohibited, whether those accounts are at Fintokei or at another firm, and whether they belong to one trader or several. More on this page.
3 Step (StartTrader) caps a single day at 40% of the profit target, tightening to 1% of the starting balance once funded. 1 Step (SwiftTrader) caps a single day at 3% of the starting balance during the evaluation phase. 2 Step (ProTrader) and 2 Step (ProTrader Swing) have no consistency rule as standard.
On the 2 Step programs consistency is discretionary and applied as a safety layer after repeated warnings, capping a single day at 40% of the payout cycle profit. Once applied, it can cut leverage to 1:10 on forex and 1:5 elsewhere, cap daily profit at 1% and force stop losses.
Risk on open trades is capped at 3% on every program. Breaching it does not end the account; it triggers a warning and can lead to consistency restrictions, which tighten the cap to 1%. Read the full rule on this page.
Copying another trader is prohibited. That covers signal providers, mentors, and Telegram or Discord channels. Letting anyone else trade your account is also prohibited. Fintokei states this circumvents its allocation and risk limits.
Copying your own trades across your own platforms is allowed. Detail on this page.
High frequency trading is prohibited, along with latency arbitrage and tick scalping. There is no minimum trade duration, but trades held under 10 seconds are counted as tick scalping.
Martingale and aggressive averaging have been permitted since July 2025, though Fintokei says it does not recommend them. Grid trading is not published either way. No single trade idea may reach the whole profit target, and a maximum of 200 open or pending orders applies.
Fintokei sells four programs. 3 Step (StartTrader) runs over three phases, 1 Step (SwiftTrader) over one, and 2 Step (ProTrader) and 2 Step (ProTrader Swing) over two. There is no instant funding program.

Every program requires 3 separate trading days per phase and before each payout. On 1 Step (SwiftTrader) it is 5 days if the account was bought before 15 July 2026. All accounts close after 30 days without a trade.
2 Step (ProTrader) and 2 Step (ProTrader Swing) have no time limit on either phase or once funded. 3 Step (StartTrader) allows 180 days per phase. 1 Step (SwiftTrader) allows 60 trading days in evaluation and none once funded.
Funded allocation is capped at $400,000 across 2 Step (ProTrader) and 2 Step (ProTrader Swing) combined, $200,000 on 1 Step (SwiftTrader) and $100,000 on 3 Step (StartTrader). No maximum number of accounts is published, but a limit of 200 open or pending orders applies per account.
The 50% to 100% split on 3 Step (StartTrader) is set per payout by the Dynamic Performance Reward, recalculated after each payout from trading days, leverage management, number of completed payouts and consistency. The 90% on 1 Step (SwiftTrader) and 80% on the 2 Step programs can each rise to 100% with a loyalty tier boost.
Every Fintokei account carries two limits: a daily loss limit and a maximum loss limit. Breaching either fails that account immediately, without waiting for the end of the day.
The daily limit is measured against an end of day equity snapshot taken at midnight UTC and resets daily. Because the snapshot rises with profit, the floor trails upward, so a profitable day raises the floor for the next one. 2 Step (ProTrader Swing) is the exception and uses end of day balance instead, which excludes open trades.
The maximum loss limit is static, measured from the starting balance, and breached on equity, so a floating loss can end the account before the trade is closed. Separately, risk on open trades is capped at 3% on every program; breaching that cap is a warning, not a breach.
Daily loss limit 2% of end of day equity. Maximum loss 3% of the starting balance, the tightest of the four programs. Example: on a $100,000 account, the account breaches if equity falls below $97,000. The level remains static even as the account grows.
Daily loss limit 5% of end of day equity, open trades included. Maximum loss 10% of the starting balance. Example: on a $100,000 account, the account breaches if equity falls below $90,000. The level remains static even as the account grows.
Daily loss limit 5% of end of day balance, open trades excluded. Maximum loss 10% of the starting balance. Example: on a $100,000 account, the account breaches if equity falls below $90,000. The level remains static even as the account grows.
Daily loss limit 3% of start of day equity, resetting at midnight UTC. Maximum loss 6% of the starting balance. Example: on a $100,000 account, the account breaches if equity falls below $94,000. The level remains static even as the account grows.
Loyalty tiers can raise both the daily and the maximum loss limit. The increase is earned free through the loyalty program rather than bought at checkout; Fintokei does not sell a drawdown add-on.
Fintokei runs on three platforms: MetaTrader 5, cTrader and TradingView. The platform is chosen per account, and leverage, commission and trading conditions are identical across all three.
Fintokei offers TradingView, known for its advanced charts, drawing tools and on-chart trading across desktop and mobile.
Fintokei supports MetaTrader 5 (MT5), with advanced charting, multiple order types, depth of market and Expert Advisor support. Advisors are allowed only where you own the strategy.
Fintokei provides cTrader, known for its clean interface, fast order execution and advanced charting tools.
Only CFDs are offered on every platform. There are no futures and no stocks. Copying your own trades between your own platforms is allowed; copying anyone else is not.
Fintokei scales accounts through its Loyalty Program rather than a fixed rule set. Traders earn Experience Points (XP) by trading and completing missions, which raise their Tier. Higher Tiers unlock the Capital Scaling Boost, worth up to 25% higher trading capital.
The boost applies to newly purchased or activated accounts. It does not increase the balance of an account you are already trading, so there is no target to hit and no balance step-up on an existing funded account.
Scaling is unlocked through the Loyalty Program rather than a manual request. As a trader advances through the Tiers, the Capital Scaling Boost applies to new or activated accounts. The current Tier and unlocked boosts can be viewed in the MyFintokei dashboard.
Loyalty tiers also unlock a profit split boost of up to 100% and an increase to the daily and maximum loss limits. Both are earned free through XP rather than bought at checkout, and the split boost applies only to newly purchased accounts.
Funded allocation is capped at $400,000 across 2 Step (ProTrader) and 2 Step (ProTrader Swing) combined, $200,000 on 1 Step (SwiftTrader) and $100,000 on 3 Step (StartTrader). Whether the loyalty boost counts against those caps is not published. For a fuller breakdown, see this page.
3 Step (StartTrader) is the entry program: three phases with low targets of 2%, 3% and 6%, and 180 days per phase. 1 Step (SwiftTrader) is a single 6% phase with a tight 3% maximum loss. 2 Step (ProTrader) carries the largest accounts and the highest leverage with no time limit. 2 Step (ProTrader Swing) is the same as ProTrader but measures the daily limit on end of day balance, so open trades do not count against it.
2 Step (ProTrader) and 2 Step (ProTrader Swing) have no time limit on either phase or once funded. 3 Step (StartTrader) allows 180 days per phase. 1 Step (SwiftTrader) allows 60 trading days in evaluation and none once funded. Every program needs 3 separate trading days per phase, or 5 on 1 Step (SwiftTrader) accounts bought before 15 July 2026, and every account closes after 30 days without a closed trade.
It is measured against an end of day equity snapshot taken at midnight UTC and resets daily. Because the snapshot rises with profit, the floor trails upward, so a profitable day raises the floor for the next one. 2 Step (ProTrader Swing) uses end of day balance instead, which excludes open trades.
The first payout comes 14 days after your first trade, then every 14 days, with all positions closed and 3 separate trading days in the cycle. The minimum withdrawal is 100 USD, 100 EUR, 2,000 CZK or 20,000 JPY, rising to 120 on the $400,000 plans. On 1 Step (SwiftTrader) each payout instead needs 3% profit on the starting balance, so $150 on a $5,000 account. Methods are covered on this page.
90% on 1 Step (SwiftTrader) and 80% on both 2 Step programs, each rising to 100% with a loyalty tier boost. 3 Step (StartTrader) runs a Dynamic Performance Reward of 50% to 100%, recalculated after each payout from trading days, leverage management, number of completed payouts and consistency.
Bots are allowed only where you own the strategy, including AI generated strategies you created, adjusted and tested yourself. Commercial or free advisors written by someone else, public bots and black box systems are prohibited. A copier may only be used between your own platforms; copying a signal provider, a mentor or another trader is prohibited. Detail on this page.
No maximum count is published. Combined funded allocation is capped at $400,000 across 2 Step (ProTrader) and 2 Step (ProTrader Swing), $200,000 on 1 Step (SwiftTrader) and $100,000 on 3 Step (StartTrader). A limit of 200 open or pending orders applies per account.
Fintokei escalates: a warning and a request to change approach, then consistency rules, then restriction or breach, then a platform block in severe cases. Breaching a drawdown limit is the exception and fails that account immediately, without waiting for the end of the day.
The Fintokei discount code is available on this page. The live code sits in the banner at the top of the page and can be copied with one click. It is updated regularly to reflect the highest discount currently available, so the code shown is always the best active offer.

Yes. Fintokei publishes a read only demo login, so you can open MetaTrader 5 and watch its real spreads, commissions and swaps before paying for anything. The server, login and password are on the Fintokei demo account page.
Aggregated trader feedback puts Fintokei at 4 out of 5, which reads as positive. The Fintokei trader sentiment page breaks that down into payouts, trading conditions and customer support, and says what sits behind each score.
Each rule has its own guide rather than one long page, so you can read only the one that affects your strategy. The Fintokei directory indexes all of them, from news trading and weekend holding to expert advisors, copy trading, drawdown and payouts.
