Targets are 10% on 1 Step, at the evaluation and at every funded level, 10% per scaling level on Instant Funding, and 4% on the Flex Challenge, which is a single stage model where the account is paid for only after it is passed. FT UK publishes four different 2 Step targets: 8% throughout in the help centre rules table, 8% then 6% in the homepage table, 6% at both stages with 10% at funded levels on the Scaling Plans page, and a 6% evaluation target on the programs page.
Maximum loss is 8% on 1 Step and 6% on Instant Funding, both trailing on balance, both rising with profit and both locking permanently once the limit reaches the initial balance. The Flex Challenge trails from 6% against the highest closing balance and locks the same way, and the Increased Drawdown add-on lifts Instant Funding from 6% to 8%. 2 Step is 8% and static, although the help centre worked example measures it against equity while the 1 Step and Instant examples on the same page are measured against balance.
Daily loss is 4% on 1 Step and 5% on 2 Step, Instant Funding and the Flex Challenge. It is measured against the higher of closed balance or equity and resets at 22:00 UTC, which is also when the trading day ends. A separate Account Protector auto closes positions when floating loss on one instrument, or on the account as a whole, passes 2% of the starting balance.
There is no time limit on any forex program. Minimum trading days are 4 on 1 Step, 3 on 2 Step and 1 on the Flex evaluation, with none on Instant Funding, and a day counts only if it produces at least 0.5% profit on the starting balance of the current stage. A trade must be opened and closed at least once every 30 days or the account takes an automatic hard breach.
1 Step passes in a single stage at a 10% target with a tighter 4% daily loss. 2 Step splits the evaluation across two stages at a 5% daily loss, though the target is published four different ways. Instant Funding funds on purchase with a 6% trailing limit and a consistency score. The Flex Challenge costs $9 up front at a 4% target and charges its activation fee only after it is passed.
No. Every forex program is stated as having no time limit. The only clock is the inactivity rule, which hard breaches an account if no trade is opened and closed within 30 days.
Hitting the target for the level doubles the balance. 1 Step scales on a 10% increment and 2 Step on 8%. Six levels are standard and level 7 requires the Level 7 Unlock add-on, taking the maximum to $6,400,000. The account goes read only for review when the target is hit, usually for under 24 hours.
It depends which page you read. The help centre publishes 80% at every funded level on 1 Step and 2 Step, and a ladder from 65% to 90% on Instant Funding. The Scaling Plans page publishes 50% rising to 80% for both 1 Step and Instant Funding. On Instant Funding and Flex, withdrawing in several requests each below 10% of the level profit drops the rate to 65% and 60% respectively.
The help centre states up to 3 forex and 3 futures accounts at the same time, for 6 in total, excluding competition and trial accounts. The terms state a maximum of three active programs and one active account per level. Accounts cannot be merged, and FT UK asks that each account uses a different strategy and different instruments.
