I recently went through my first payout and there was a delay during the payment process from Rise. I contacted their support team and they looked into the issue rather than simply losing the ticket or asking me to keep waiting. They explained what was happening and helped get the situation resolved. What I liked most was that they actually listened to my side and handled the situation fairly. I’ve also had a previous issue with my account where they gave me another opportunity after hearing my explanation, which I appreciated.
