Alpha Capital Payout Methods, Frequency and Speed
The Simple Answer
Alpha Capital pays performance fees through Rise, Wise, and bank transfer (WIRE, ACH, or SWIFT). Direct crypto is not offered, but crypto payouts can go through Rise. Accounts run on one of two schedules: bi-weekly every 14 days, or on-demand once the qualification rules are met. All requests are paid within 2 business days.
Payout Overview
Breakdown by Payout Method
Rise
Requests are made from the Payout and Achievements page on the dashboard. Payment lands within 2 business days, so a Tuesday request is paid by Thursday close of business. Crypto withdrawals are only possible through Rise.
Wise
Wise is the second processor option, with the same request flow and 2 business day window. The account stays locked during processing and trading resumes once the balance resets.
WIRE, ACH and SWIFT
Direct bank transfers use the same 2 business day window. If a rule breach is found during payout analysis, profits from invalid trades or the whole payout window can be removed and the rest postponed.
Qualification Requirements
Bi-weekly accounts (Alpha Pro and Alpha Three)
Requests every 14 days, starting 14 days after the initial trade. The minimum is $100 in realized profit. The first request also needs 5 trading days on the same strategy, with trades opened and closed the same day. Bi-weekly accounts cannot use on-demand.
On-demand accounts (Alpha Pro, Swing, One and Three)
Request any time once two rules are met: no single day above 40% of total profits, and at least 2% of gross profits on the balance. A partial withdrawal resets the consistency score to zero. On-demand accounts cannot use bi-weekly.
General requirements
All trades must be closed before requesting. On the 4th successful withdrawal, state in the Reason section that you want the performance fee bonus. The balance resets after each payout.
What Traders Say About Alpha Capital Payouts
We reviewed trader feedback on Trustpilot, where Alpha Capital holds a 4.7 out of 5 rating from over 18,500 reviews, with 86% at 5 stars and 7% at 1 star.
Most payout feedback is positive. Traders confirm payment inside the 2 business day window, often across multiple consecutive payouts. Verification interviews are described as brief and friendly.
The main complaints involve accounts flagged during review rather than speed: denied payouts after risk checks, disputed accusations like order book manipulation or third party involvement, and KYC issues.
The consensus: payouts are fast and reliable once risk review clears, and disputes trace back to compliance findings, not processing delays.
Final Comments
Alpha Capital runs two schedules: bi-weekly with a $100 minimum and a 5 trading day first request rule, or on-demand with a 40% best day rule and 2% minimum profit. The two are mutually exclusive per account. Rise, Wise, and bank transfer are the routes, with crypto through Rise only, all paid within 2 business days.
Close all trades before requesting, meet the consistency rule on on-demand accounts, and complete KYC before payment. Payout analysis can remove profits from trades that breach the rules.
