Legends Trading Payout Methods, Frequency and Speed
The Simple Answer
Legends pays through Rise and nothing else. There is no payout window, so you can request any day of the month once you qualify. The catch is which programme you are on, because Legends runs three of them with different rules. Apprentice Master accounts need 7 winning days of $200 or more and a $1,000 minimum request. Elite Master accounts need 5 winning days at a threshold that scales with account size and a $500 minimum. The Legends Live programme is different again: real money, a 50% split, and payouts tied to winning day counts rather than requests.
Payout Overview
Breakdown by Payout Method
Rise
Rise is the single payment partner and there is no alternative. Legends sends every payout directly through it, and once your Master Account becomes eligible for its first payout you get an onboarding invitation from Rise. Rise also prepares your tax documents, so the whole payment and paperwork side sits with them rather than with Legends.
Apprentice Master payout terms
On the Apprentice route the split is 90/10 in your favour and the minimum request is $1,000. You need 7 winning days, and a winning day only counts if it closed with $200 or more of profit. Before your first payout you have to clear an initial profit target: $3,000 on a 50K, $5,000 on a 100K, $7,500 on a 150K. Each payout after that needs $2,000, $3,000 or $4,500 respectively. Caps per payout are $1,200 on a 50K, $2,000 on a 100K and $2,500 on a 150K.
Elite Master payout terms
The Elite programme uses a buffer system instead of profit targets, and the minimum withdrawal drops to $500. You need 5 winning days, with the daily threshold scaling by size: $100 on a 25K, $150 on a 50K, $200 on a 100K, $250 on a 150K. Your profit has to sit above the account buffer, and a 40% consistency rule applies so no single day can be more than 40% of your cumulative profit for the cycle. Caps are $800 on a 25K, $2,000 on a 50K, $3,000 on a 100K and $3,500 on a 150K, and they do not scale up over time.
Legends Live and Roll-Back payouts
The Legends Live programme is real capital, not simulation, and it pays differently. Roll-Back payouts arrive after 15 winning days for the first and 25 winning days for the second, capped and paid at a 50% split: $400 cap on a 25K returning $200 to you, $1,000 returning $500 on a 50K, $1,500 returning $750 on a 100K, $1,750 returning $875 on a 150K. Daily payouts only begin once your EOD drawdown is fully mitigated and the account is at least $100 above its starting balance. Bonus balance is separate and only becomes withdrawable when you clear the tier unlock: 10 Bronze winning days, 3 Silver payouts or 25 Silver winning days, or 20 Golden winning days after the bonus.
Qualification Requirements
Profit split
Apprentice and Elite Master accounts pay 90% to the trader and 10% to Legends. The Legends Live Roll-Back payouts are the exception and pay a 50/50 split.
Payout limits by account
Caps are fixed per cycle and do not grow. Elite: $800 on a 25K with a $1,000 buffer, $2,000 on a 50K with a $1,500 buffer, $3,000 on a 100K with a $3,000 buffer, $3,500 on a 150K with a $3,500 buffer, all with a $500 minimum withdrawal. Apprentice: $1,200 on a 50K, $2,000 on a 100K, $2,500 on a 150K with a $1,000 minimum. Legends publishes worked examples: on a 50K Elite account with $2,100 total profit and a $1,500 buffer, the eligible amount is $600, comfortably inside the $2,000 cap. On a 100K with $3,400 profit and a $2,500 buffer, the eligible amount is $900. After a payout you keep trading from the post payout balance, with no reset.
What Traders Say About Legends Trading Payouts
On Trustpilot, Legends Trading holds 3.7 out of 5 from 172 reviews. Filtering those reviews for payout specifically, the twenty most relevant break down as 15 five-star, 3 four-star, 1 three-star, 1 one-star. That payout sample is what the rest of this section describes, and it can differ from the headline score.
What traders praise
Payout sentiment is notably better than the headline score. Traders report second and fifth payouts, describe the rules as easy to follow with no hidden traps, and repeatedly call the payouts fast. One highlights the pricing as the lowest in the industry for an EOD drawdown 150K account. Another passed an Apprentice account in one day and was paid.
What traders complain about
Barely any payout complaints in the sample. The main critical note is a request to reduce the seven day trading requirement, which one trader considers too long.
The general consensus
Legends is a small profile at 172 reviews, and its 3.7 overall score is dragged by non-payout issues. On payouts specifically the sentiment is strong, with several traders confirming repeat payments.
Final Comments
Payout terms are the part of a prop firm offer that matters most once you are actually profitable, and they are also the part most likely to change without much notice. Check the method, the minimum and the frequency against your own withdrawal habits before you buy, because a fast payout you cannot qualify for is worth less than a slower one you can.
