How Instrument Access Works

Trading Hours and Full Permitted List

MFF trading hours run between 6:00 PM EST and 4:10 PM EST. The full permitted list on CME includes Australian Dollar, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, E-mini NASDAQ 100, E-mini Russell 2000, E-mini S&P 500, Euro FX, Japanese Yen, Lean Hog, and Live Cattle among other instruments.

Temporary Restrictions

As of the page’s most recent update, Silver, Copper, Platinum, Natural Gas, and E-Mini Natural Gas are currently restricted from trading due to a temporary volatility-driven policy.

Micro Metals Contract Limits

Micro-contract limits on metals were added alongside the restriction: a $25k account can trade up to 3 micro metal contracts, $50k up to 5, $100k up to 10, and $150k up to 15.

Micro Bitcoin Treatment

Micro Bitcoin (MBT) is treated as a mini contract for sizing purposes, meaning it counts against your standard contract limit rather than the 10x micro allowance used for other instruments.

Final Thoughts

My Funded Futures offers a broad standard CME instrument list, but the current temporary restriction on Silver, Copper, Platinum, and Natural Gas products is an important, time-sensitive detail to check before trading those specific instruments.
