What Platforms Are Available With Shark Futures?
The Simple Answer
Shark Futures supports Volumetrica, TradeSea, DeepCharts Web, Quantower and ATAS. Shark Futures runs on the dxFeed data feed and offers five platforms, all of which connect using the same credentials from your Shark Futures dashboard.
Below is every platform Shark Futures supports, with the data feed or access route that goes with each one.
Platform Overview
Breakdown by Platform
Volumetrica
Volumetrica is the Shark Futures primary platform and is available to every trader on account activation. It carries advanced charting and order flow tools, a customisable interface and indicator set, advanced order types and real-time execution, with real-time market data through dxFeed included in your account. There are iOS and Android apps. You log in at dxfeed.sharkfutures.com with your dashboard credentials, then connect to the dxFeed data feed from the Web Platform menu; a green dot confirms you are online. Trading is not enabled until that feed connection is made. Shark recommends Volumetrica for Mac users.
TradeSea
TradeSea is the Shark x TradeSea co-branded platform and the one Shark currently recommends, partly because it needs no separate dxFeed setup. Its differentiator is analytics: AI Nudges read your trading history and surface real-time performance insights, a Smart Journal logs every trade automatically with timestamps, entry and exit prices, P&L and notes so there is no manual journaling, and Session Summaries generate daily and weekly breakdowns of wins, losses, best and worst trades. There is a full performance dashboard covering win rate, average R:R, best and worst sessions and a consistency score. Note that TradeSea login credentials are separate from your Volumetrica credentials; the two do not share a login.
DeepCharts Web
DeepCharts Web brings the full DeepCharts toolset into the browser with nothing to download or install. Advanced charting is available instantly, and you access it with the same Shark Futures dashboard credentials.
Quantower
Quantower is the multi-market platform with extensive futures support, professional analytical tools, advanced order management, customisable workspaces and low-latency execution. Connect it under Connections, New connection, and select dxFeed (Prop). Your username is typically your email address and the password is auto-generated and case-sensitive, both available in the dashboard under Account Details. Once connected you should see your Shark account, for example SKF00074, with the correct balance and Active status in the Account Manager panel.
ATAS
ATAS is the platform for advanced order flow and volume profile work: cluster charts, footprint analysis, Smart DOM and professional market microstructure tools. Shark points advanced order-flow traders here specifically.
Final Comments
The single most common setup mistake at Shark is worth knowing before it costs you an evening. When adding a connection in Quantower there are two dxFeed entries, and you must pick dxFeed (Prop), not dxFeed. Choosing the wrong one connects successfully but shows no Shark accounts and a balance of $1,000, which is the dxFeed default rather than your account size. Shark says this is the fix for roughly 80 percent of its no-accounts-showing tickets.
